Coffee (Nubuck)

This is a new leather I’ve bought in.. and it is utterly amazing. It’s butter soft and has a superb texture and feel. Probably one of the nicest leathers I’ve ever come across.

It is a full grain calf side, and lightly sueded to create a luxury nubuck aniline finish. The edges are left natural and are lightly roughed by dragging with a blade. I lightly work the edge of the strap with waxes and oils to bring out subtle colour variations.

It is extremely comfortable straight out of the box. It is backed with the same leather and treated with leather conditioner.

The leather is unsealed, so will pick up a unique patina with use.

Thickness is about 4mm at the lugs and thins gradually to 2-2.5mm at the tip.

Strap pictured has Beechwood stitch, but I can get do pretty much any colour stitch.

  3. I am getting a sinn 103 with a panda dial. I saw a picture of one on a reddish brown strap. What do you think of for that watch or any chrono with a black dial and white subdials? And how much would it be?
