Heuer Carrera 110.573B, Cal. 12, c1974-7. Côtes de Genève Dial
Heuer really did pull a blinder out the bag with the dials in the Barrel cased Carrera series. This version has one of the most attractive dials that Heuer made, with it’s wonderful metallic blue Côtes de Genève detailing. It works so well with the orange hardware too. This colourway was also available in a Cal. 15 version, with a continuous ‘target’ seconds hand on the left side of the dial. The barrel case range also included the 110.573F.. which had the fume dial, a all black PVD version and an all gold version. This, in my opinion is the star of them all.
All the models have been discussed over on OTD, with some great side by side photography.
